Brian Glass is the Managing Partner of B3 Technology Group. He is an Information Technology executive with over 20 years of experience spanning operations, development, architecture, and executive leadership. His approach blends technical depth with business acumen, helping organizations align technology with strategic goals.

- Transcend Company (Current): Serving as Chief Information Officer for a ~100-person health-services/telehealth company. Leading modernization of IT operations, Salesforce Health/Revenue/Commerce Cloud architecture, Oracle GoldenGate + Snowflake data-lake integrations, and broader digital-health infrastructure. Executive sponsor for company culture initiatives, including core values programs.
- Ally Financial: Rose through four promotions to Senior Director, leading a 100+ person division with $10M+ budgets. Built DevSecOps models adopted across the enterprise.
- Volkswagen Group of America: Drove IT process improvement, vendor strategies, and continuous improvement programs across 50+ systems and 1,100 dealerships.
